Perche No (which means "Why not?" in Italian) was started by David and Lily Kong in the spring of '92. The Kongs, who are some of the nicest people in the city, if not the world, chose the name because it represented their decision to open an Italian restaurant despite not being Italian themselves. Expect fresh ingredients, pasta made from scratch, and friendly visits at your table from Lily or David.
