Jeffrey Kessenich, the chef behind the now-defunct Magnolia restaurant Tanglewood Supreme (which closed in 2016), has opened this waterfront restaurant in South Lake Union offering "a tasting menu experience of local, seasonal and sustainable food in a comfortable atmosphere" and featuring dishes like a Cape Cleare King Salmon crudo and weathervane scallops in addition to mostly local wines.
Note: Temporarily closed for spring 2019, will return in summer 2019.
