Located in the Pike Place Market, Lowell’s has unbeatable waterfront views on all three floors. It also serves excellent Bloody Marys starting at 7 a.m., as well as traditional American fare—burgers, sandwiches, soups, etc.—including fine breakfast choices and decent fish ’n’ chips, chowder, and salmon. Rock stars, tourists, regulars, and locals all agree that Lowell’s, at more than a century old, is a most excellent Seattle institution.
