Diners with allergies or dietary resstrictions, take note: The menu at this new restaurant from former Stoneburner chef de cuisine Nikki DeGidio is entirely gluten-free, and all items are also free of dairy, grains, legumes, refined sugar, soy, and canola oil unless otherwise noted. Christened after DeGidio's dogs Lucky and Santo, the counter-service space serves inventive and comforting dishes like faux chicken pho, cassava waffles, celeriac noodles with chicken liver bolognese and a drizzly marjoram and lemon pesto.
