Tolu: Modern Fijian Cuisine
The name of this unique new food stand means "three" and represents the business's three founders, who are brothers, as well as its three influences: Indo-Fijian, Native Fijian and Pacific Northwestern. The establishment offers bhaji (a spicy chickpea-battered vegetable snack), poori tacos (made with fried flatbread), and a Fijian take on ceviche.
