Located in the grand Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Shuckers is an old-school, oak-paneled Seattle institution for oysters on the half-shell (as well as pricey, old-school, somewhat institutional seafood dishes). Overall, the cost-to-benefit ratio is not skewed in your favor, but a martini and some bivalves at the bar at happy hour is a great idea.
