) acts as grand magus of the kitchen at this pricy lakeside feast hall on Yarrow Bay in Kirkland. A “bin” is a storage area in a wine cellar, and bin on the lake lives up to its name with a catalog of wines so extensive that it borders on obsessive-compulsive. The inside looks how you might expect it to look for the price; generic upscale décor too cool for capital letters.
