This documentary, produced by two members of Harvard’s innovative Sensory Ethnography Lab, relies primarily on images and sounds, rather than words. No voice-over tells you where you are, what people are doing, how it was filmed. The purpose is to make you feel, in your stomach, what it is to exist at the intersection of things like “the commercial fishing industry” and “global capitalism.” And feel it you do. (JEN KAGAN)
