SANDRA GLOVER--A surprisingly slow week for concerts (just the organ recital listed below) is made up for with a busy schedule of recitals at UW. I have no idea what soprano Glover's recital consists of, or whether her voice is worth hearing; but the price is certainly right for the curious. SUNDAY 11/26

BARRY LIEBERMAN & FRIENDS--That's the collective title for these concerts, put on under the auspices of UW double bass instructor Lieberman, but the instrument will be in the apparently capable hands of Ovidiu Badila, joined by pianist Atonella Constantini. Mostly lyrical works of Italian origin (from Dragonetti, Bottesini, and Rossini), with Paganini's showstopper Variations for one string--Moses Fantasy and Bartok's more raucous and rough-edged Romanian Folk Dances thrown in for variety. Brechemin Auditorium, UW School of Music, 543-1201, 2 pm, $10 general, $8 students/seniors.

BETH ANTONOPULOS--Since I'm more partial to the oboe than the human voice, when it comes to this weekend's mystery concerts I'm giving the nod to Antonopulos. Brechemin Auditorium, UW School of Music, 543-1201, 8 pm, free.

MONDAY 11/27

CAROLE TERRY--The latest of the season's worth of solo performances designed to remind Seattleites that, hey, Benaroya has an organ now. There's the obligatory Bach piece (Prelude and Fugue in G, BWV 541), plus two works by Vierne (Clair de lune, Op. 53, and the closely numbered Carillon de Westminster, Op. 54) and Variations sur un Noël, Op. 20. Also two compositions by composers whose considerable fame doesn't extend to their organ music: Mozart's Fantasie in f, K. 608, and Mendelssohn's Sonata No. 4 in B flat, p. 65. WIZARD OF OZ--John Goodman, Harry Anderson, Phyllis Diller, Mark Hamill, Ray Bradbury, and others star in this complete audio production of L. Frank Baum's Wizard of Oz. The mini-series begins Thursday morning and wraps up same time on Friday. KUOW 94.9 FM, 9 am.

FIRST HOUR FOLKUS--The first hour of John Sincock's "Lunch with Folks" is spent spotlighting the work of a different artist each week. This week's guest is IIIrd Tyme Out. KBCS 91.3 FM, noon.

SATURDAY 11/25

LIVE ROOM--Rock band Juke is tonight's guest on The Live Room. They will play some of their "sweet, melodic American rock" and chit-chat about what the band has been up to as of late. KCMU 90.3 FM, 8 pm.

SOUNDTRACK CINEMA--This week's program is devoted to the music of Trevor Jones and Randy Edelman in The Last of the Mohicans. The score will be performed by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and conducted by Joel McNeely. KING 98.1 FM, 10 pm.
