POSTER SCHOOL DON'TS, #1: Don't enlarge and print low-resolution photographs from the Internet. It's lazy, and undermines a quality design. This otherwise interesting poster gets a failing grade for using this shortcut. If your hands are tied--if you must use swiped, low-rez photos--finesse and/or obscure that limitation. Increase the resolution, add noise, blur a little, and then unsharp mask the motherfucker until you've got a new flat image, free from all that gross digital schmutz. Or redraw it. Get creative.
