If we were to only judge a DJ on attitude alone, WD4D would still be in the top 2 percent. He's one of 2 artists that have actually given my dad pause, and briefly consider that maybe rap music ain't bad. (Outkast being the other.) His talent is undeniable, and I'm over-joyed that he's being given his due. I struggle to think of people who are easier to work with than Waylon. Positivity is an understatement. Waylon is one of the nicest, busiest and most committed individuals I've come into contact with in Seattle's vast music scene. A talented DJ, producer and instructor, the guy is truly poised for greatness. Happy to see him getting some well deserved press.
