Well this sounds awesome. I can definitely see this becoming a premiere tourist destination now. Looking forward to checking it out myself.

I am impressed, this will be great for all current and future generations of music fans. I wish KEXP would have had these details out before they were begging for $$$ recently...which I know will continue to happen. Ugh.
