Fusion got a bad name because of bad Fusion.

Having sex to Sextant is pretty badass, IMO.

Like a lot of things in life, fusion is an acquired taste and not for everyone. Hancock and Cobham were really something back in the day but it's been a long time since I've listened to either one because my musical tastes have changed. Billy Cobham was the fastest and most precise drummer I've ever heard bar none, at least back in his Mahavishnu days.
