oh my god!!! I have to listen to this album RIGHT NOW
2
If they went on tour with Janelle Monae, leaving the theater would feel like leaving the future for a dreary past.
3
Just called my local shop and they have it. Heading there to pick it up. So excited!

Not a slag on them as artists (or Shabazz for that matter), because I think they're fun and texturally listenable, but what is so futuristic about this? Is it because they're not straight/white? Is it because they're pulling some Black Panther-isms in notoriously white Seattle? Again, I like them and I'm not trying to slag on them, but I also don't think this sounds like the future is jizzing in my ears on every hi-hat click.
5
Queens is pretty good single but really what exactly is all the hype about? Same with Shabazz Palaces
7
it ain't futuristic, it's ancient
8
cienna is way too nice to tell anyone to go fuck themselves in person

i will download this album for free and see if it sucks, thanks
9
Lar is ancient.

TheeSat!

What wins the day for them is the live show. The way the mix a hipster doo-wop almost L-Boogie style is interesting. I think thats what sets them apart more than being lesbian lovers. Im a hater of gimmicks, but this one feels about right. Would never listen to an entire album however... either way, Props!

Please wait...
