This is such a poor choice of next band to expose you to. Even if they were influential (doubtful), their derivatives and predecessors have almost certainly got somebody more meaningful that you should know. A quick Youtube search will find that they only have about 2 things that break 500
views.

The music staff might as well have said "Oh, you've never heard of Blergnarg? You have GOT to hear Blergnarg" and laughed as you wasted hours of your life researching a made-up band.
