I'm so glad that community activism has been abolished in favor of the ominously-titled Community Involvement Commission. The process of public opinion has never been so orderly!

Basically that's it.
And what will surprise City is that white middle class homeowners will still end up as majority on such groups (unless formally banned).
YAY! Another layer of liberal beaucracy that will do absolutely nothing while the rent increases, the wages stagnate, the crimes get more frequent, the street-clogging protests continue over every issue under the sun, and the rat populations explode. Im sure this commission will do great work in "equitable" comparison to the likes of JBLM, Amazon and Microsoft (just to name a few). I'm sure IT will be the answer to everyones prayers. (Insert "democracy voucher" here)
These new procedures will do nothing and you'll find out the same thing: the people who want to take part will take part.
