My grandson is schizophrenic. To get medicated. he had to spend months in jail. and finally be court ordered to take anti psychotics. He has been on probation for a few years, and required to live in group homes and attend drug counseling. He is doing very well at this point, due to all of this intervention. It is a good thing he got involved with the law, or he might not have made it, since his family was burned out by then. It's been a long, circuitous route to his wellness, but he made it. Why can't the Nate in this story get medicated? They have to be forced onto it, really. Thanks for your story. Does Washington have it's mental health stuff together? .
