I, like many other gays, supported Hillary and then John McCain. Why? Because Obama has a record of deceitfulness (see caucuses and Rev. Wright rhetoric) and homophobia (see Gavin Newsom snub, etc...) Also, John McCain would NEVER support a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage and he strongly supports civil liberties for all.
