Although its legal to ship wine, it is illegal to ship hard alcohol. Stores like bevmo or total wine, that ship wine, will not ship liquor. My guess is that weed will treated the same as liquor. And, by the way, it's illegal for anyone without a liquor license to ship wine, so no way wil you be able to legally ship weed friend to friend.
