Medical marijuana is not a job.Nor is it a customer /business relationship. Why wasn't this medeia /Dr.McClintock arrested like that fella Corbray. Was she some sleeper cell within the movement all along??

Either way her actions and comments need factual support. How dare Dr.McClintock throw everyone under the bus.Illicit trade my ass.I just tried to grow 6 plants ,while media whores like Dr.McClintock had a "job".

Here is a suggestion for Dr. McClintock..Why not look for a new job now rather than later considering RCW 69.51A does not entitle anyone to have a job or feed their family much less run to the bank every day with 3,000 bucks like Mr. Davis..Speaking of jobs is all I have to do to get a job at the stranger is to pretend I represent patients man large grows and then throw patients under the bus to get a job at the stranger.

Let me simply remind everyone of "the illicit medical marijuana patient" https://vimeo.com/70138771

This creates a problem for the DEA and the U.S.Attorneys office. How do they justify all of their medical marijuana busts and convictions when media MMJ rock stars like Dr.McClintock and John Davis admit they sell medical marijuana using shell companies and multiple safes yada yada yada. It really pisses me off to think about all the people arrested for doing less and then watch Dr.McClintock, Mr Davis and Mr.Gilmore here walk away Scott free.It also is peculiar that this author was once himself among them joined at the hip thru hempfest now tending goal for these MMJ media rock stars from his new perch over at I-502 central(the Stranger) In my opinion.

Dr.McClintock also stated publically she made 24,000 dollars last year.Oh really. Now you can make $24,000 under RCW 69.51A. What was I thinking..Maybe Rico Act or other organized crime statutes probably I don't know. Does she hjave a get out of jail free card or something.

Ben, Why didn't you post the statement I gave you about the CCSE when we were there that day? Why did you not print the FACT that Jake Dimmock agreed with that statement, EVEN WHEN YOU ASKED HIM DIRECTLY?

Also, why did you say Steve Sarich is disseminating the info when it came from Arthur West's public disclosure requests and online research by me?

I am the lead editor for 420leaks where the document is posted and Steve was not involved in this investigation or this protest. All you had to do was ask me.

Oh...that's right. It wouldn't be as good of story if it was revealed that none of the protestors or people involved with this specific investigation DO NOT OWN DISPENSARIES or collectives! (which don't exist in law, btw) Sounds much sexier if you can make it seem as though Steve was behind it. Dispesary vs dispesary. Sorry...Not reality.

Have you bothered to see if Holly Tocha even has a real PhD?

@6 John: Where in this 350-word article would you prefer I insert your statement condemning John Davis for not showing you draft bill language he is working on for the next legislative session? How many words do you demand I give you? And how many of those 350 words do you demand I give to checking on someone's college credentials? Jeesh dude, calm down.

Hahaha. You guys are so high you don't even know what you are squabbling about anymore. These eloquent comments are hilarious. Keep smokin' bros.
9
@8 No kidding. Every time someone involved in the MMJ biz starts talking, the crazy meter goes wild. These folks aren't doing themselves any favors by verbalizing their paranoia.
10
I can't wait until 502 takes the marijuana business out of the hands of paranoid stoners.
11
@8,9 & 10: No shit. The crazy and incoherence is strong with these folks.
12
Yeah. As someone who is a pretty frequent cannabis user, reading this and articles like it make me think that cannabis is far less harmless from a psychiatric point of view than I previously thought.

8,9 AND 10.

If you have been around since 1985 you understand how it was. You also understand that many who now have sided with I-502 were in fact the ones making money on medical. They will deny it now but I know better. Furthermore I know where they had their ops..Just sayin.

Think phsyco all you want if it takes out the messenger. The fact is the original hempfestors did so much infighting they all at one time took shots at each other and the truth about who was doing what came out.

After a certain hempfestor's power play he was pushed out. Many came forward to claim that this certain hemfestor had 100 light grow and was trying to use hempfest as his personal money laundering scheme. The fighting got dirty real dirty. Many emails were sent.

Now these ex hempfestors have thrust themmselves into the MMJ political arena on the side of I-502.A few have outed these people in emails after the infighting. They know who they are. It was their greed that caused the infighting and ouiting.

Please wait...
