Legislative Work Group Suggests Repealing Rights for Sick and Dying

The very fact that once again the prohibitionist's in the legislature are moving to destroy a workable medical cannabis program.
Without the ability for patients to grow their own plants..the collective to provide to their collective members and the safe access points for the medical community many of our Washington citizens will be harmed for no other reason than the greed of a few politicians and the prohibitionist lobby. After all the compassionate work done by everyone to bring a model forward that was working for the patients and providers..and allowed stability within the medical cannabis community as communities began to see the benefit of a reasonable medical cannabis program.
Medical cannabis therapy is for the sick and dying..it is not recreational and your lack of understanding of just this basic issue tells me that your advisers served the people of this state poorly, and we the compassionate people must demand an end to his back room dealing within our state government.

Let's be very, very clear here. They want to start arresting patients again.

Medicinal cannabis is NOT going ANYWHERE. We shall NEVER capitulate.

The guy who was on the secret group, John Lane, states that he is "...out of the Governorā€™s Legislative and Policy Office to become the Office of Financial Management (OFM) Legislative and Legal Counsel."

I know Its a big trick bag like Obamacare.

Medical pot profits go to the wrong mafia. If people were allowed to grow pot in their living rooms (was decontrolled) then Big Tobacco would be selling packs of reeferbutts and the State would still get their money. The people who are to lazy to roll their own ciggybutts would be to lazy to grow and process pot.

even if the board is not subject to public disclosure, the secretive nature of their actions behind closed doors draws suspicion to their motives.

the board has claimed transparency from the beginning, but has proven itself to be a bunch of god damn liars.

don't overlook the liquor board's request for millions more funding even before tax revenues flow, and the request for 46 armed enforcement officers.

what we have here is akin to hitler in early germany.
