If the Stranger showed even the slightest desire to investigate and explain the technical side of what's going on, they might have some relevancy in this conversation.



Instead, they have actively avoided putting together the many pieces of this fiendishly complicated project for their readers (lack of technical knowledge/reporting skills likely playing a role here as well) and invariably fall back to making the same screechy pronouncements we've been hearing since McGinn first ran for mayor.

At least this article wasn't completely laden with bias and self-important proclamations. Not the whole thing anyway. Can't wait until the tunnel is done so everyone will shut up about it.

It's clear Keck isn't interested in investing the time and money needed to make this paper the hard hitting, investigative bulldog paper this city needs. The A&E stuff and vignette type stories are pretty good, at least.
