Quite some timing. As Shell Oil's Polar Pioneer arrives in Puget Sound, and as protesters prepare to not-welcome it, Port of Seattle commissioner Bill Bryant—the guy who enthusiastically backed bringing Shell's Arctic drilling fleet to this city—is declaring his run for governor.
