Psst... Syd, McGinn implemented predictive policing several years ago to help "streamline" as he needed to cut budgets and to help get police to stop picking on dark-skinned folks.

I guess your article is more related to body cam footage being turned into a data source for predictive policing ? Good luck with that (getting people/computers? to somehow tag criminal activity in footage made earlier by body-cam cops who apparently were on patrol but didn't police that criminal activity in a way that would generate a police report).
