Why would anybody WANT to go into journalism today? It's a ticket to poverty, exploitation, and unemployment.

Eventually, since you can longer make a reasonable living from journalism, the career will be divided between white trust fund babies that can afford to work for peanuts... and non-white reporters who will be desperate to work for peanuts that get hired to brown-wash publications.

One reason journalists aren't discussing it is because they're too afraid to reveal even the most basic facts of their own newsroom demographics without explicit permission from their owners.
