"McGrath added that she hopes to have a conversation with Hickey one day about why he allegedly chose her photos."

!! I'd be very, very surprised if that proved worthwhile in any way.

Doesn't that constitute identity theft? Impersonation online is a crime, afaik. The woman, or people who feel victimized by him, should probably consider contacting the FBI.

Remember when Trump kept going on about how he had "top people" working on finding Obama's birth certificate? "The best minds" or some shit? How he was going to have a big announcement real soon once his team of ace investigators got to the bottom of it? Or OJ Simpson, how he was saying he was busy working to find the "real killer"? Stay tuned, because OJ was going to blow the lid of this and set the record straight?

Anyways, just saying. Can't wait to hear back from ya, Matt.

(Hint: Just come clean. Every other gambit you think of will be infinitely worse.)

Fraud, fraud, fraud. Once the connection is made from this imposter's account to this Matt person, there is a lot to be done here, at least in a civil court. I feel bad for this woman in the article since her image was used but there can be an argument made that any image she's uploaded in the past that wasn't set to private, can be legally used by whomever wants to. However, if used to lull a victim in a sense of safety, particularly in terms of coerced sex, things can get really ugly for this creep.

Ugh. I hope there's a full reckoning. This guy's a creep.

There isn't actually such an argument for every purpose, no.

Please wait...
