i'm confused, wouldn't a non-native person buying stuff from this store & displaying it/wearing it be cultural appropriation too?

No, as the items are meant to be sold and consumed/worn/displayed by anyone. The bonus, and one reason it isn't really appropriations, is that is is Native-designed, Native-made, and Native-sold. The ideas and images (and profit) are not stolen, are not devoid of proper context, and not misused.

If you bought something there and were like, "I'm Indian now," there would be a problem, but a different one from appropriation.
