A fourth man has now claimed that Mayor Ed Murray paid him for sex while he was a teenager.

According to a declaration filed in King County Superior Court, Maurice Lavon Jones claims that he was introduced to Murray as a teenager by Delvonn Heckard, the 46-year-old Kent man suing Murray over allegations of child sex abuse.

"Mr. Murray was known for patronizing child prostitutes at the time," Jones wrote in his declaration. "I am not part of any right-wing conspiracy. I am also gay."

Murray's personal spokesman, Jeff Reading, called Jones's declaration a "sensational media stunt" in an e-mailed statement.

"Mayor Murray does not know this person," Reading said. "This is an ambush copycat false accusation that is being made without any details, evidence, timeline or anything at all to substantiate its veracity. Mayor Murray has never had inappropriate relations with any minor, and Mayor Murray has never paid for sex. This allegation is false.”

Lincoln Beauregard, the lawyer representing Heckard, included in the court filing a photo of himself with Jones, 44, who is currently being held at the King County Regional Justice Center in Kent on a $15,000 bail for a failure to appear on a drug charge. Jones' last known address is a homeless shelter in Seattle, according to a bench warrant for his arrest.

Murray's other two accusers, Jeff Simpson and Lloyd Anderson, made similar claims against Murray nearly a decade ago and maintain they are telling the truth today. Both say they have no political motivations. Murray has denied those allegations as well.

KIRO tweeted that they will be breaking the new accuser's claims at 11.
