Maybe you should consider ALL the consequences of a crime before you commit a crime? You break the law and lose your home? Maybe a few weeks sleeping on the streets will help teach you a lesson you clearly need to learn.

BTW, most leases allow a landlord / property management company from immediately evicting you if you are convicted of any crime and in many cases even if you are simply accused of a crime with charges being filed against you.

Im all for reintegrating criminals back into society when they're done serving their penance. You do your time, get back out there and give it another try. A spot in a halfway house seems a little more reasonable than holding your place in line while you "time out" to break the law and serve a sentence at the cost of civil society.

With this, our unwillingness to lock up juvenile delinquents and thugs shutting down the summer outdoor movies at Magnuson Park Seattle's turning out to be a wonderful place to live!

Can't wait for a safe injection site to open up near my home. It'll be GREAT for my children!!

@8:

Civil representation and legal representation are two different areas of emphasis; most lawyers who specialize in one aren't necessarily well-versed in the other.
