Okay, private detention centers sure don't sound like government prisons etc. Does the company have a legal chance? Anyone read the RCW section?

As an indigenous person, I do appreciate the effort being made to acknowledge the reality of the past. That said, as a person who lives in this world -- I get deeply frustrated with these feel good resolutions that take up city council bandwidth and provides cover to not get into real talk issues.

@9, unless there are currently massive protests planned for this and a dozen TS articles in the works, as there would be were the perps the fabled "techbros" or "Chads" of our preferred imaginary social narrative, then I'm pretty sure I understand your politics/beliefs/concerns just fine. It's actually rather appalling that I'm more honest about your own politics/beliefs/concerns than you are.
