Not holding my breath, but I'd love to simply require gun insurance. The insurance market would price guns less useful for mass murder much lower than death toys. Require some percentage to be put aside for families of victims where the shooter was uninsured or not caught.

If immediately after a mass shooting is "to soon" to talk about gun safety, how long must we wait? A day? A week? A month?

Sunday was the 273rd day of the year, and this incident was the 273rd mass shooting of the year nationwide. If we have to wait more than one day, we probably won't ever be able to talk about it.
