So we should stop having borders? Come one, come all? Bring your kids. Bring your second cousins' eight kids and their Roman Catholic aunts who are all pregnant. America needs workers! Woo hoo! If climate change doesn't incinerate us all in 50 years then we're going to die of overcrowding and water shortages in our city-cages.

Wait, the Stranger is billing itself as an objective, unbiased source of journalism? Or was that last bit sarcastic?

Or we could process their asylum requests instead of tear gassing them. Send personnel down there to support and help them instead of sending the military to attack defenseless men, women, and children.

Thank you, Nathalie, for offering yet another joyful reminder for me to celebrate my not having a TV. I never considered Sinclair Broadcasting or Fox reliable news sources, anyway. It's nice to know I'm still not missing anything good.

Bottom Line With Boris is blatant propaganda that doesn't even pretend to be unbiased. KOMO has a feedback section on their website. I suggest more people send them emails objecting to airing this biased trash during their news broadcasts.

I work for Safeway, The corp henchmen are almost unbearable, however I have been with them for 22 years.. For the money and Benefits..I would hedge a bet that Mary, Steve and the others at KOMO do NOT support gassing kids. They Likely work there for the same reason I work for S.way. Its a good job.

"God I miss just plain, objective reporting."

“From Democracy Now: "It Is Not a Natural Disaster:
Dana Frank on How U.S.-Backed Coup in Honduras Fueled Migrant Crisis"

"As the United States continues to face criticism for tear gassing asylum seekers on the U.S.-Mexico border, we look at the crisis in Honduras and why so many Hondurans are fleeing their homeland. Honduras has become one of the most violent countries in the world because of the devastating drug war and a political crisis that stems in part from a U.S.-backed 2009 coup. We speak with Dana Frank, professor emerita at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her new book is titled, 'The Long Honduran Night: Resistance, Terror, and the United States in the Aftermath of the Coup.'”

Have you checked out the awesome Patriots
at Democracy Now!, Nathalie? You owe it
to yourself (and US!) to do so.

I still just love that the guy's name is BORIS. :D

@7: I suspect that many of the local reporters and management don't support Sinclair. This morning, there was some sort of editorial comment on the news aimed against one of the Muslim congressional reps recently elected. It sounded like a real foaming-at-the-mouth rant. But I didn't get a chance to really absorb much from it, as someone at KOMO cut the guy off mid sentence and went to a commercial.
