Throwing snowballs at cars is a cherished tradition among teenagers and should not ever be discouraged. A group of friends in the backwards little town in which I grew up actually devised a scoring system that they kept a running tally on for an entire winter, allotting more points for higher profile targets (pizza delivery cars, pickup trucks, etc... I seem to recall cop cars being the highest value at 50 points for a hit, though I don't know that anyone ever actually scored this one.)

Perhaps #4 there was a fellow resident of my hometown and a pizza delivery guy, in which case I can see why he'd be so bitter.
