@2 spunkbutter: I know, right? A positive step is a positive step. Let's hope it's not too late. We have GOT to get Trumpty Dumpty / Dencey Pencey and ALL RepubliKKKans out of the White Trash House but good.
@3: I was wondering when the usual trolls like you would show up, Kokonut Kenny.
That's right--keep clutching your pearls and your MAGA hat, after getting conned by a snake oil salesman who's declared Chapter 11 & 13 Bankruptcy and gotten bailed out by the Big Banksters. Do you ever wonder why you can't pull shit like that, where your government safety nets went, or why you're paying higher taxes lately? Do you ever wonder what the fuck happened to your air and water quality? Why there are wildfires, droughts, and extreme weather conditions? Has it sunk in yet?

@1 Saw that, such a shame our leadership couldn't overcome the hurdles to get this done. This will eventually come back to bite us.

Los Angeles air quality has come so far in the last 40 years. Even if your memory is only as far back as the 90's the difference is obvious. Nice to see they're still taking the issue seriously.

@6: Obviously all you have between your ears is a cement block. That was my point. Stop relying on FoxTV for your primary news source. What remaining brain tissues you have (if any) will thank you.

Please stop using that dumb Getty image for every story on climate change and air quality.

It is an image of the sun shining through steam from cooling towers, it is not smoke, just a back lit image of water vapour as the sun goes down.

Maybe take this ask one step further, just stop using stupid staged Getty images altogether.
Maybe go outside with a camera and take an original shot of thousands of cars on I5 or some other original image. Looking at bad Getty images for most stories makes the SLOG look generic, like every other news outlet.
