ANYONE spewing raw sewage into Puget Sound, Salish Sea, the Strait of Juan de Fuca or relative waterways--and actually suing to do so is shit.
Calling Washington AG SuperBob!

2

Don't our waste treatment facilities overflow raw sewage into Puget Sound every time there is heavy rain, so multiple times a year since it tends to be quite rainy here? For as progressive as we like to think we are here, we do a pretty horrendous job of protecting our environment.

If anyone's an expert at dumping shit all over everyone else, it's Donald Trump

@2 Let me google that for you:

Municipal overflows of that sort are a violation of the Clean Water Act and the responsible agency is fined by the EPA and state Department of Ecology. Seattle paid $105,000.00 in fines for spills during 2016 and early 2017, for example.

Seattle/King County Metro are operating under a consent decree and are on schedule to have most of the CSO outlets controlled by 2025. And all of them by 2030.

@2:

Allowing tugboat operators to spill even more raw sewage into our coastal waters isn't likely to help that much, is it?

6

Have we made any progress on that project to diaper the orcas?

7

But we can’t have dogs on Seattle beaches because dog poop is bad for the environment....

@3 Urgutha Forka for the WIN!

9

@1-even Victoria agreed to stop. Pumping out your boat tank is no big deal. These guys are just typical anti-regulation whiners.

@10 trumptardtroll: Still slow down at juvee? At least you've still got your Cocoa Puffs and Speed Racer in the comfort of your SuperFriends undies while you wait four more years to get a valid driver's license. Give your mom our regards.
