Andre Taylor, convicted of sex trafficking minors in Nevada in 1999.

I wonder why the Taylor brothers don't like police?

"Lawyer: Warning sent to pimps
Kim Smith

Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1999 | 11:07 a.m.

Las Vegas pimps need to take note of what happened in U.S. District Court Friday, Assistant United States Attorney Tom O'Connell said.

One pimp was convicted of seven prostitution-related charges and another got almost three years in prison after admitting he brought one underage prostitute across state lines.

After seven hours of deliberations, a federal district jury rejected Andre Taylor's claims that he had retired from the pimp business and convicted him of forcing women and underage girls to travel across state lines to commit sex acts.

Taylor could face up to 10 years in federal prison when sentenced by U.S. District Judge Howard McKibben on Jan. 18."

@2:

Well, that seems to be pretty much SOP for most police departments when it comes to armed white males, so...

8

@7: So two antithetical sarcasms make a true?

9

@7:

@2 (since deleted) may have been sarcasm, but my statement at least is supported by the public record; it's called "shooter bias" and it's a well-documented phenomenon.

10

@9: Well, since you wrote "pretty much SOP" in parallel with what was deleted, it stands to reason your statement is sarcasm, if not hyperbole. Which is okay, COMTE, lots of folks on Slog season their rhetoric with a zest of hyperbole.

You shouldn't feel alone.

13

@12 Exactly.

"Trump was caught on tape bragging about assaulting women in the summer of 2016."

Hillary Clinton was calling the women who accused her husband of rape liars for a full 15 years before that.

Apparently we don't have to "believe all women", when it doesn't fit the narrative.

@16

Nope, I think they are both reprehensible. But then again, I didn't start with the "whaddabout Trump" thread here, now did I?

I posted a highly relevant article about the fact that Andre Taylor (quoted in this article and a leader in this movement) is a convicted child sex trafficker and child pimp. German Sausage then did a "whaddabout Trump!".

Think about that for a second. Andre Taylor. Convicted. Child. Sex. Trafficker.

He prostituted children.

Got caught, spent ten years in jail. Now he's a "motivational speaker" (ie. hustler) telling us why the police are bad.

Everytime an article mentions him, "convicted child sex trafficker" should be added to his name.

But yeah, whaddabout Trump!

@19 Your reading skills must be shitty. It was Deutsche Wurst's who first attempted to derail any discussion of Andre Taylor's history as a CHILD SEX TRAFFICKER by mentioning Trump.

Of course, any day the Little Weiner Boy doesn't call someone a racist in the first sentence is progress I suppose.

If Sacramento can, so can Olympia

@23. Close. They are running creepy Joe, who is THIS CLOSE to being a rapists. I mean, sniffing women and children's hair, planting unwanted kisses on them, grabbing them. IN PUBLIC of all things. A few women came out saying he made them feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Where is #meetoo? #believewomen? Nah! Who needs it!

The inquest jury will decide if the officer followed the officer's department's policies. The jury does not determine whether or not the policies are any good. If the policy of the police agency says it's okay to shoot a shoplifter and that's what happened then the jury says the shooting was okay. Useless.

Note that the rules state that shooter-officer won't be subpoenaed. Why? Because if the officer appears and takes the fifth, which s/he is entitled to do, then people may draw an adverse inference. So the shooter-officer won't be there. Useless.

Andre Taylor: The Creflo Dollar of Seattle Social Justice. Aside from his completely false narrative about the life and death of his precious lil' bro, is there anything about him that doesn't scream "con man"?
