Why does The Stranger have such a hardon for Tanya Woo? She hasn't announced a candidacy, and even if she does, she's unlikely to win. It just seems churlish to me. I thought they fired all The Mean Girls at The Stranger.

So, why was the Stranger checking the registry? Is this a normal thing during campaign season? Or does the Stranger stalk Tanya Woo?

Agree with Catalina Vel-DuRay. The Stranger personalizes its political preferences in a petty, nasty manner. This appears to be a requirement for Stranger employment. Seattle deserves better.

At least we are free from Tammy Morales who pretty much destroyed Little Saigon and the International District. Not to mention making homelessness a massive growth story (at a time in which homelessness was decreasing in the US)

Then when Tammy's clique of mean girls (Sawant, Mosqueda, Herbold, and Andrew Lewis) moved on, Tammy decided it was too much like work and decided to turn her back on her progressive supporters and quit.

Again, thank goodness Tammy has gone back to her multi-million dollar home and left Seattle to heal
