Appeals Court Rules National Guard Can Be Deployed to Portland, but Oregon AG Wants the Case Reheard

In a 2-1 decision, the 9th Circuit Court says president has authority to deploy the military to Portland, amid ongoing protests at the ICE facility.

It will go to the full 9th, they'll deliver a rational decision overturning the 3-judge panel, and the SCOTUS will overturn that. it's how things work now.
