As commenter Bax has repeatedly noted, the Stranger supports all manner of destructive anti-social behaviors in Seattle, regardless of the many obvious negative consequences. Undercutting law-abiding vendors to spread needless food-borne illnesses fits this model perfectly, so the Stranger strongly advocates it whenever possible.
