@1, What are you talking about, we got everything we asked for: the files have been released and trump has suffered for it about as much as one might expect given the fervor of his cult. If figures like marge and the q-anon shaman are off the trump train then he has lost some of his loudest and most loyal supporters. Plus he looked like an absolute fool trying to cover it up. He was never going to prison over any of this so public humiliation and a fractured base will have to do.

I'm not into religious superstition. MAGA to me is simple mental illness. A better movie metaphor I would go with is The Invasion Of The Body Snatchers. When I watched the 70s version as a kid I thought of it as the same as a cult especially after Jim Jones. It's frightening for me today because you don't know who has been snatched and part of the MAGA cult.
