The KCD doesn't set any policy, you know. All they do is outreach and education. They issue a few grants for small scale conservation programs. Their biggest decisions are probably something like "do we promote recycling or composting this month?"

The mania about them has been silly ever since some bright eyes in 2012 or so discovered them and their voting location went from "maybe five people" to "500 holy fuck" which is why they went to online
