I have just been pinched for possession of a 1/4 oz. (I was compliant and handed over the bag) whilst speeding on rt.99 What is going to happen to me and when? I am moving to the East coast in four weeks? The cop said we were being recorded, then he confiscated my weed and said it was in the hands of the prosecutor now. It is my first offense, besides other speeding tickets in WA. I am freakin' out! I have read that some of these never even get finalized in the courts, but with the speeding I don't think they will let it go. Does anyone have an opinion on this?
