Senator Kohl-Welles' proposed voluntary registry should use the privacy-protecting registry design developed at UW that was previously approved by the legislature but was then part of Gregoire's disastrous sectional veto.

Lets not forget there has been a slew of people that have moved here since the 502 legalization. people all the way from Florida, California,utah, and these are just ones i know of in my small town of Stevenson,WA.
