If I were a western oilman doing fracking and slant drilling, which can only come in at a minimum of $50 ppb, I'd be afraid of low cost Arctic Oil and might fund a few "spontaneous demonstrations".

But, it does show your Ignorance of the fact that Seattle has a long history of hosting and supplying drill rigs. Plus, the city and state make millions every year from Alaskan oil.
