The tunnel is an good idea in Seattle because the traffic can go faster about 50 mph. The waterfornt can look very nice, beautiful, and quiet with no viaduct. The people who live in condos can see the water, boats, and sun. The viaduct looks very ugly and noises. Please keep the decision on an tunnel forever. Please get more money to built tunnel. I want an tunnel so the downtown Seattle can looks better.

Couldn't they just pop it out here Elliott Avenue @ Sculpture Park Sure would make for a nice scene before you head into the tunnnel.
