About the UTI's: The first year I was with my boyfriend (now husband) I got 6 UTI's! Finally after visiting 3 different urologists, one gave me UroVaxom, an oral vaccine made of bits of the bacteria that cause UTI's. It may not be available in America yet, but it is in Europe and it worked for me then, and again 4 years later.
