You are props.
Sorry.
Adults who want to ban gun ownership are using you;
they have terrified you and made you afraid of something that poses a teeny tiny threat to your safety and flattered you and given you a mic because they find you useful.
Congratulations on pre-registering.
It may come as a shock to you but folks have been registering and actually voting and doing democracy in this country for several hundred years.
It's how we get our Presidents.
It's how we get our laws.
It's how we got our Bill of Rights (you might read it sometime...)
Welcome to the party.
Your's is not the only opinion out there.
But you've got plenty of time to educate yourself before you actually vote.
Use it.
If y'all can move the needle just a fraction on youth voting rate, that's fucking huge. (And it makes our resident troll have a lot of Very Serious Feelings.)
You know what you guys could do if you are sick of hearing teenagers who don't know what a magazine and a clip are lecture you about guns? Are you sick of Democrats exploiting mass shootings? Exploiting grieving teenagers to get themselves elected?
You've got the White House. You've got Congress. You've got the Supreme Court. You've got what you need. Use that power and stop the mass shootings. Boom! Problem solved. Stop the shootings, Republicans. Prove them all wrong. Prove it's not guns, it's people. Prove it's mental health (whatever you mean by that). Prove we just need to arm all the teachers. Whatever you think will work, you'd better do it instead of sitting around jacking off hoping these annoying teenagers will shut up.
You're the grown ups. You shut them up. Shut them all up. Kick the legs out from under the Democrats. Stop the shootings.
America does need to figure out what an "adult" is.
Is it 16 when you can drive a car, 18 when you can vote/join the military/buy a gun, is it 21 when you can drink, or is it somewhere between 15-17 based on various age of consent laws?
Sorry.

If an 18 year old wants to shoot guns, they can always enlist.

Keep up the good work and keep the pressure on.

Or is it 27 when you can no longer be on your parent’s healthcare?
