Breaking news: Company that runs millions of advertisements apparently inadvertently screwed up on 3 or 4 of them.

Thanks for reporting this Eli, your diligence is appreciated.

Looks like some people want the cushy life of Seattle politicians.

Why stop with political ads? Wired is reporting German regulators have banned Facebook’s entire advertising model:

“Facebook will no longer be allowed to force its users to agree to the practically unrestricted collection and assigning of non-Facebook data to their Facebook user accounts,” FCO president Andreas Mundt said in a statement announcing the decision.

Eli is determined to stamp out political speech in Washington...

@6, how do those pearls feel under your death grip clutching? I wonder if they leave little impressions in your palm when you’ve finally finished.

@8: Facebook has no problem mining its user data when the objective is profits for Facebook. It seems to encounter enormous trouble when the objective is to comply with our laws.

Mike O’Brien represents District 6, not District 4. And the district includes Fremont, Wallingford, Green Lake, North Beach, Greenwood, Phinney Ridge ... not just “the Ballard area.”

Please wait...
