WSDOT can't specify when Bertha might be able to start drilling again because they don't know. As in: haven't a clue. I've worked on lots of WSDOT projects, they are some of the most ignorant, well educated, rule following, obstacle raising, self-congratulatory, finger pointing motherfuckers on the planet. Yet somehow, the work still gets done in spite of them.
