I loved this. The point was to tell us about the picture. I think this piece did just that in a brilliant way, and I have no more questions or concerns about this photograph. Meaning that if I found one just like it in a different antique store, I would feel satisfied and wise.

Photoshop did not exist in 1984. You need to read your George Orwell.
